Regional Property Manager
Local real estate investment firm needs a highly motivated individual to assist and coordinate activities of the Regional Manager. Ability to communicate with the owner, multi tasking, is vital to the success of this position in this stable and growing organization. Heavy interfacing with Marketing, Client Communications, Vendors and Financial Institutions, government and non-profit housing programs. Strong administrative management skills required to manage production of marketing materials, complex itineraries, maintenance logistics and meeting schedules for admin staff and leasing agents. Ability to do research and draft correspondence. This position allows for the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility within the company as capability is demonstrated. Accounting Specialist
Opening available for an Accounting Specialist. The prospective candidate will be required to have 3 years of recent cost accounting and bookkeeping experience. We are seeking an individual that strives for success and has the ambition and tenacity to manage our accounting system with an attention to detail and a problem solving ability. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred. Maintenance Technician
Opening for Maintenance Technician for subcontracting work. We are a highly dynamic development firm and looking for dependable personnel for current and future projects. We are looking for an experienced building maintenance person. A candidate must be able to prioritize work orders and service calls and be able to communicate assignment progress with supervisor and central office. Some of the essential tasks are Painting, Hanging of Sheetrock, Small repair jobs, Lighting repair and maintenance, small Plumbing, some electrical and HVAC experience preferred .
